Pausa comercial, gentileza de Laurie Anderson

(You know, the last parade I was in was a big demonstration at the old Playboy Club in New York. And this was a big media event: lots of TV cameras - and my job was to explain to the press what we were doing there.
So we were marching around with theses big signs and once in a while we’d halt and I’d explain to the reporters that we were there to protest the economic exploitation of women - and the treatment of women as animals.
And I’ve drawn up some pamphlets to illustrate this: pictures of chicks and bunnies and foxes and pussycats and other animals that have come to symbolize women, and I was handing them out.
So we were marching around the club and this woman, one of the bunnies, was just getting to work, and she said “So, hey- what’s going on here?”
And I said: “Well, we’re marching to protest the economic exploitation of women and the treatment of women as animals” - and I handed her one of the free pamphlets.
And she said: “Listen, honey: I make eight hundred dollars a week in this job. I’ve got three kids to support. This is the best job I’ve ever had. So if you want to talk about women and money, why don’t you go down to the garment district where women make 10 cents an hour and why don’t you go and march around down there?
And I said: “Hm.”)

Ja ja ja ja, bien por la conejita, que demostró no tener un pelo, ni de su bigote, de tonta.

Ups, una impostora trató de suplantar mi identidad. El anterior comentario era mío, aunque sé positivamente que ella comparte mi opinión
